What is early adopter / white-glove onboarding?
Instead of a self-serve trial, we onboard your church with you personally — setup, migration questions, and a clear path to go live. Apply with your contact info and a bit about your church; we’ll reach out.
How does the optional iOS app work?
Every church gets the full web experience and a native iOS app from the App Store (Ekkle). If you want your own branded iOS app listed under your church’s name, that’s available on request — we cover timing and requirements during onboarding.
Is my data secure on Ekkle?
Yes — data is scoped to your church with role-based access. See our Privacy Policy for full technical detail.
Can members donate through Ekkle?
Yes. Giving runs through Stripe. Members can give one-time or recurring gifts and see their history. Standard Stripe card processing fees apply to donations — Ekkle does not add a separate platform percentage on top.
What platforms does Ekkle support?
Ekkle runs in the browser on any modern device and has a native iOS app. There is no separate Android app in distribution today — use the web app on Android tablets and phones for full access.
