Your subscription covers the full Ekkle platform for your church. Online giving uses Stripe; card payments are subject to Stripe's standard processing fees — we don't stack an extra platform percentage on top of donations.

Why one plan?
So every church gets the full platform — no feature gates, no surprise add-ons, and no guessing which tier you need.
Do I pay per member or per seat?
No. Your monthly price covers your whole church community on the platform.
What about donation / processing fees?
Ekkle does not add a platform fee on top of gifts. Donations run through Stripe; Stripe charges standard card processing fees on transactions (industry standard).
How do I get started?
Apply as an early adopter on meet.ekkle.app. We onboard you personally — branding, people, and go-live — instead of a self-serve trial.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage subscription, payment method, and cancellation from Church Settings → Billing in the app, or contact us for help.
